Natalie Hellon is the proud founder and director of Glow Academy Hair and Education. With over 18 years of experience in the hairdressing industry and 4 years as a qualified educator, Natalie brings a deep understanding of both the salon floor and the classroom. Her journey is rooted in a genuine passion for creativity, people, and personal transformation.

Glow Academy was born from Natalie’s belief that education should be flexible, inspiring, and tailored to the individual. Her mission is to provide young people with the opportunity to learn valuable skills in a nurturing environment where they can grow in confidence and realise their potential.
“I created Glow Academy because I know the power of finding your passion—and having someone believe in you. Not everyone fits the traditional mould, and that’s okay. Here, we focus on strengths, creativity, and real opportunities for the future.” — Natalie Hellon
